Willamette Valley regional dates

FREE online registration opened 10/1/2009
Jan. 9 & 11, 2010: Submit your artwork. Each entry should be accompanied by two copies of the registration form (register online) and a fee of $5. Keep the second copy of the form with artwork. If work is selected the second form will need to be attached to the back of the artwork or by string to 3-D forms. All artwork from one school should be submitted together, if possible.
Jan. 13: Judging
Jan. 15: Winning entries announced online
Jan. 19-Feb. 27: Art exhibition at Philomath
Jan. 23: Award Ceremony 2-4pm
March 2: Pick up artwork from Museum

National Competition Dates

Museum staff will photograph winning Gold Key entries and send photos to New York by Feb. 5, 2010 for national adjudication
March 19: National Awards Notification

Size Limitations for all Artwork:
+ Two-dimensional artwork should not exceed 48 inches in any direction and, in general, the largest 2-D work that is eligible is 36" x 48".
+ Three-dimensional artwork should not exceed 18" x 18" x 36" in dimensions and should not exceed 30 pounds in weight. Individual works that exceed the size limitations may be disqualified.
+ Artwork submitted in Art Portfolio and Photography Portfolio categories may exceed these limits as determined by your Regional Affiliate.
