"A Horner Homecoming!" was an exhibition to showcase a sampling of artifacts that were formerly displayed at the Horner Museum on the Oregon State University campus.
Professor John B. Horner (1856 – 1933) once wrote: “I noticed that while the Oregon Agricultural College was rapidly growing that it lacked a museum. Being familiar with thousands of people throughout the state, I happened to know of many specimens of art and archaeology and natural history which should be placed at the disposal of our students. In 1923, I set about on a mission of collection of specimens that would be of educational value to our students.”
