When I think of the phrase, "Raining Cats and Dogs," I think of excess. The child's drawing that inspired my sculpture is based on a cat with excess...excess heads. It then crossed my mind that it could be "Reigning Cats," which led me to adorning my cats with crowns and elevating their station in society. — atBenton County Museum.
